NUMONE requires a 50% advance payment for services booked on our website, which includes domain booking, hosting, basic design, search engine optimization and social media marketing. These advance payments are non-refundable. However, if we fail to book the domain, hosting, as asked by the client, the 50% advance payment is refundable.
We would like to add this also that, if the website is hosted on clients’ server, then no refund will be applicable. All refunds are applicable if the website is hosted on Numone Technologies’ server only.
The remaining 50% of the payment is collected upon successful completion of the work and is non-refundable.
You may cancel Digital Marketing (SEO) Services at any time. If cancelled within 48 hours of initial purchase or renewal, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 48 hours, you are responsible for payment for that month, but will not be billed for future months.
Numone Technologies expressly disclaims liability for indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, such as loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, irrespective of foreseeability. This disclaimer encompasses any scenario where services are used or unable to be used. Even if Numone Technologies has been informed of potential damages, it shall not be held accountable.
Refunds are processed based on the original mode of payment. For credit card, debit card, or internet banking payments, the refunded amount will be credited back to the respective account. The refund process might take 7 working days to 4 weeks maximum to reflect in your account. Contact your bank directly for any delays after refund confirmation by NUMONE.
